The following is a list of full and part-time positions that are currently available:

Managerial Openings:

 

Shift Manager

Manage all gaming on a day-to-day basis resolving difficulties or incidents ensuring the integrity of table games.  Exercise good judgment in managing the operation of all games, guided by precedent and within the limits of established policies and procedures. Requires previous dealing and table games management experience.


Casino Host

Effectively develop business relationships through positive interactions with customers. Requires previous casino experience preferrably in the player development department.

Slot and Table Games Analyst

Develop and analyze both slot and table game reports. Compile both slot and table games data that can be used to improve the success rate of game designs, and to help specify the correct mix of slot and table games (type, lines, betting structure, denominations, bonus features, table and slot progressives, etc.) Requires previous casino experience, AutoCad, and statistical knowledge.


Openings in various departments:

 
Housekeeping Runner

Delivers in-room guest supplies as requested.  Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas i.e., laundry, offices, restrooms, and other common areas

PBX Operator

Effectively answer a multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate persons in a timely and courteous manner


HVAC Technician

Maintain proper operation of electrical, mechanical and HVACR equipment of the facility.

Cleaning Attendant
Provide a clean and safe facility for guests and associates. Clean and sanitize assigned area following departmental procedures and sanitation standards.


EMS Officer

Respond to medical calls and provide emergency medical services to those in need, in compliance with established WV EMS First Responder protocols and training. Current WV First Responder certification

 

Surveillance Officer

Perform surveillance of facility and monitor procedural violations and illegal activity while maintaining confidentiality regulations.

Cage Supervisor

Manage cage operations on assigned shifts ensuring that all rules and procedures are being followed and superior customer service is being provided. 

Main Banker

Perform daily vault operations, including verification and balancing of assets received, prepare deposits and money banks. Must have basic math skills and be available for holidays, weekends, and shift work.

Check Cashing Clerk

Provide information and check cashing services to customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

Cage Cashier
Accurately issue bags of coin and soft money to employees, make change and process coins and tickets to customers in a professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service

Track Maintenance Technician

Position focus is the preventative and corrective maintenance / safety of the racing surface and associated equipment.  This position is empowered to supervise, coordinate and/or work directly to ensure all track maintenance / safety issues are addressed and/or completed in a timely, productive manner.


GPA Kennel Assistant

Responsible for the care and feeding of all adoption Greyhounds housed in the GPA Adoption Kennel.


 Dishwasher
Produce clean, dry and sanitized dishware in a timely manner while keeping trashcans empty and kitchen floors clean.


 Line Cook
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards

Concessions Attendant
Cook, prepare and serve food items according to specs in an efficient manner while displaying the highest standard of guest service. 

Cashier
Complete cash and non-cash transactions while displaying a high standard of customer service

Bus Person
Ensure guests dine in a clean and sanitary environment while displaying a high standard of guest service

Food Runner
 Delivering prepared menu items to guests in a courteous and efficient manner

Server
Provide dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner

Pantry
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards
